Title: Georgia Supreme Court ruling: Diminished Value on Property Claims

On May 29, 2012 the Georgia Supreme Court decided the Royal Capital Development LLC v. Maryland Casualty. Co. case.  the case was decided in favor of Royal Capital and appears to establish that diminished value in homeowners claims exists and is covered in a standard homeowners insurance policy.  The details of the case can be found here:
